Ohio Medicaid Waiver Comparison Chart
What do these charts depict? The following charts contain various types of information about Ohio’s Medicaid 1915(c) home- and community-based (HCBS) waiver programs, including the services offered, how to apply, and the enrollment figures. Charts are updated monthly with enrollment figures for the current month.
What waivers are included in the charts?
The listed waiver programs include Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM) managed waivers (MyCare Ohio, Ohio Home Care Waiver, OhioRISE Waiver), Ohio Department of Aging (ODA) managed waivers (Assisted Living, PASSPORT), and Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) managed waivers (Individual Options, Level One, SELF).
When was the last chart published?
The most recent annual report is from SFY 2025 because the chart is the annual comparison chart, and Ohio won’t publish the SFY 2026 annual chart until after the fiscal year closes — which happened June 30, 2026. The updated chart is likely coming soon.
Ohio Medicaid does NOT post monthly charts inside the new SFY until the annual reconciliation is complete.
Why We Ask for an Email Before Downloading Resources
At MCC Therapies, our goal is to stay connected with individuals and families affected by developmental disabilities—especially those in communities that are often underserved or overlooked. By requesting an email before accessing downloadable resources, we’re able to maintain an open line of communication, share updated information, and ensure that families receive ongoing support as policies, services, and opportunities evolve. This simple step helps us reach deeper into our community, strengthen awareness, and continue providing meaningful, accessible guidance to those who need it most.
