Neurodiversity Coaching for ASD, ADHD, AuDHD, and more!

Our Mission & Vision

Our vision is a world where neurodivergent individuals and families are understood, supported, and celebrated — where identity is honored, needs are met with compassion, and every person has access to the tools and community they need to thrive. MCC Neurodiversity Coaching strives to reduce barriers, expand accessibility, and create a nationwide model of ethical, trauma‑informed, neurodiversity‑affirming support.

MCC Neurodiversity Coaching empowers neurodivergent individuals and families through identity‑affirming, strengths‑based support that builds confidence, self‑understanding, and practical strategies for everyday life. We provide compassionate guidance, resources, and partnership during challenging moments, helping clients navigate their world with clarity, dignity, and connection.

MCC Therapies, LLC offers strength‑based, neurodiversity‑affirming coaching for autistic, ADHD, and otherwise neurodivergent children, teens, and adults in Ashtabula County. Our coaching provides a non‑clinical, supportive space to build practical strategies for daily life, improve executive functioning, explore identity, and strengthen self‑advocacy — all without pathologizing neurodivergence or requiring medical documentation.

Coaching focuses on executive function skills, routines, sensory‑aware strategies, communication, self‑understanding, and confidence‑building. Sessions are collaborative, practical, and future‑focused, helping individuals navigate daily demands, develop sustainable systems, and build skills that feel authentic to who they are.

Coaching sessions are collaborative and client‑led. Together, we identify goals, explore strengths, and develop strategies that fit your real‑life routines. It complements OT by supporting the whole person — their identity, their environment, and their lived experience — while empowering them to thrive in ways that are meaningful and sustainable.

MCC Neurodiversity Coaching is a subdivision of MCC Therapies, LLC. Coaching is NOT occupational therapy, and our staff operates under coaching certifications. This is a non‑clinical service utilizing strengths‑based strategies. Because everyone’s situation is unique, our coaching is flexible, personalized, and available virtually to anyone within the United States.
