  • All rates above include travel within 10 miles of our office at 4510 Collins Blvd, Ashtabula, OH. For locations beyond 10 miles, a travel fee of $0.67/mile round-trip (current IRS standard mileage rate) applies beyond the first 10 miles, plus $25 per 30 minutes of drive time for trips exceeding 45 minutes one-way. Virtual delivery is available at no travel cost for eligible sessions (Awareness Sessions and follow-up consults).

Bundle & Ongoing Options

Seasonal Refresh (Awareness Session x2/year): Book two Awareness Sessions per year (e.g., spring and fall) at a bundled rate — helpful for businesses with seasonal staff turnover, 10% off both sessions when booked together.

Assessment + Training Bundle: Environmental Assessment + one Awareness Session booked together — 10% off combined price.

Multi-Site Discount: Organizations with 2+ locations (e.g., a business with multiple storefronts) receive a reduced per-site rate on Environmental Assessments when booked in the same engagement.

Annual Partner Rate: For organizations wanting ongoing support (quarterly check-ins, updated training as staff turn over, annual space reassessment) — custom annual pricing available; inquire for details.

Nonprofit/School Rate: Reduced rates available for nonprofits, schools, and community organizations — mention this when you reach out.
